Super facialist

This must be the softest, creamiest cleanser I’ve ever tried; I can’t stop massaging my face with it. It smells faintly of rose and is full of beautiful nourishing ingredients. Great for people with sensitive skin like moi...Love it.

Rose Hydrate Calming Creamy Cleanser, £7.99, Super Facialist by Una Brennan available at Boots

Prime time

Too Faced Shadow Insurance, a primer for your peepers. Not only does it keep your shadow where it should be, it also protects against colour fade, ugly creasing, melting and the blurring of shades.

The lovely lotion also lets you lavish your lids with a silicone-based solution that smoothes out skin tone and lines. It's the perfect product for giving eye colour-crazy chicks a locked-in lift.
I absolutely love this primer I used to swear by benefits but now I have a new found love.

Beauty on a budget

For beauty on a budget look no further than one of my favourite skincare products simple cleansing facial wipes. I have sensitive skin so I'm really picky in what I use but these I swear by, they leave my skin squeaky clean and even manage to remove even harder to budge mascara. Currently superdrug have an offer on these wipes HALF PRICE! Which makes them £1.49 a pack hard to resist for that price so I stocked up  :)

Sensual scents

Viktor and Rolf Flowerbomb Eau de Parfum Spray is a fragrance I've been wanting to try for a long time now, mostly out of curiosity because of it's large fan base.

Flowerbomb is quite different than what I expected it to be. I love florals, so I expected nothing other than the name suggests, flowerbomb, to be an intense explosion of different floral notes. Something obvious - like a punch of geraniums, lilac and roses. Maybe even obnoxiously so, but it's not the case at all.

Upon the first spray, it's only strong for a moment (maybe a minute or so) before it already starts to mellow. It's not a punch of flowers as expected, but a soft and sugary sweet (not sickly sweet) tea floral. It's soft, slightly spicy (like spice tea), and after it has really eased in, you get those subtly sweet chocolatey notes (not imitation cocoa, something more refined). Flowerbomb is shy, flirty and feminine - not too complex, but classy and reserved.

I prefer a scent that I can smell on myself since I'm the one who wants to enjoy the scent I'm wearing, but it's nice to wear when you want something subtle, and only very noticeable when someone comes very close.

The more I wear this fragrance, the more I like it, but its a little pricey

Life's a peach!

Sleek's Life's a Peach Blush is a beautiful soft peach with slight pink undertones that make it very wearable. It's much cheaper than Illamasqua or Nars, it's only £4.49! I think that's fantastic and if you're not keen on the Life's a Peach there's a wide selection of colours available..
Life's a Peach is a highly pigmented and reasonably long-wearing blush. I'd say it's on par with Nars in wear time (4-6 hours for me). I found it easy to blend and a little bit on the brush went a long way. The texture is finely milled with a matte finish. It really brightens the face up in these dreary months. I don't think you can really go wrong with Sleek's blushers, they're such good quality and cheap.

Rimmel wake me up foundation... Review

This is a lovely foundation. It gives a nice satin finish, and is perfect for my slightly dry skin. It blends like a dream, and it doesn't look cakey. It's more of medium coverage foundation - which is what I was looking for. It hides your flaws, but lets your natural skin still show underneath to give it natural finish. As affordable foundations go, this is great and I'll be sure to repurchase once finished.

Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant Scrub...review

I received a good sample of this in my glossy box and within the first week of using it i went from thinking it was great to thinking it was starting to dry my skin out, but I decided to stick it out another week! I don't tend to get spots I get the odd one every now and again but this broke me out in awfully painful big red spots!! i stopped using the microfoliant although it took my skin a long time to heal!
I left it a few month and then decided to have another pop at using it and after using it ONCE my skin broke out again!
This is such a strong prosduct that if your skin is sensitive at all it just ruins it! Stay clear if you think this might apply to you!!
